Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Buyer will pre-pay for products in the amount of 40% (forty percent) of the value of a product batch, no later than fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the agreement on the basis of the Supplier's invoice for the amount of the advance payment, which is required to specify details of the agreement. Supplier invoices in the amount of the advance payment no later than two calendar days from the date of conclusion of the agreement. The remaining amount of payment in the amount of 60% (sixty percent) of the cost of the party Products made by the Buyer after delivery no later than fifteen (15) working days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note (or universal transmission of the document) on the basis of the Supplier's invoice for the amount of the remaining payment, where necessary to indicate details of the agreement. Supplier invoice for the remaining amount of payment not later than three calendar days from the date of signing the bill of lading (or universal transmission of the document).
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
