Comments:
The commissioning date is no later than 10-2021. The cost of the work and transportation costs must be related to the cost of the equipment. Warranty for the equipment and operation of at least 3 years from the start of the system into industrial operation. The equipment must be new, non-operational, guaranteed within the Russian Federation, imported in compliance with all customs regulations. Equipment manufactured in Russia must have a certificate of conformity valid at the time of the tender procedures and equipment delivery. Unconditional acceptance of the model contract without modification. The bidders must attach to the lot a manufacturer, official or dealer certificate; a certificate of conformity for the product. It is necessary to submit an offer according to the standard form and the offer is valid for at least 4 months. It is necessary to provide a list of binding and recommending articles of incorporation. Offers are allowed to be submitted by email.
