Comments:
1) Mandatory presence of a certificate of origin, original passports;
With the supplied products, provide certified quality certificates issued by the manufacturer for each item, or one, for the entire batch of goods.
2) Year of production - not earlier than the 2nd half of 2018;
3) Signing of the supply contract and specification in the standard form of PSC Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant, without protocols of disagreement (see attachment);
4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to refuse all proposals received without incurring any liability to the Participants.
5) When choosing a winner, the manufacturer of products and companies that have a dealer certificate have an advantage.
6) If you are an official representative of the manufacturer, attach all documents to B2B.
