Comments:
1. Prices must be specified excluding delivery. The cost of delivery by the supplier's transport to the buyer's warehouse in Nizhny Novgorod should be indicated separately in the line "Cost of delivery of a unit of goods". If delivery is not possible, you must specify pickup in the delivery condition line.
2. The choice will be made at the lowest price, taking into account the cost of delivery (the choice of the delivery method "pickup" or "supplier's transport" will be determined based on economic feasibility).
4. To calculate the cost of delivery on the terms of pickup, please fill out the table "Form for calculating pickup" (cells for filling are highlighted in yellow).
5. The standard form of the delivery contract is attached.
6. Bidder suppliers must provide a set of statutory documents, as well as fill out the counterparty's KYC electronic questionnaire (instructions for completing the questionnaire are attached). All documents must be signed by the head of the enterprise or his authorized representative. If the documents are signed by an authorized person, it is necessary to provide a copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign these documents.
