Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is lower than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be reduced.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension

Equipment without warranty.
The buyer undertakes to pay the cost of the Equipment in advance in 100% within 5 (five) working days from the date of signing the Contract and the Supplier submits an invoice for the advance payment to the Buyer.
The Buyer undertakes to accept the Equipment at the Supplier's warehouse at the address specified in the Specification and independently transport it by road transport after payment of the advance payment, but no later than 5 (five) business days from the date of payment of the relevant advance.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
