Participants who do not attach CP are not accepted.

1. Commercial offers on the organization's form, signed and printed, are accepted for consideration.
The KP is uploaded to the competition in two formats: 1. PDF with print and artist contacts 2. Excel or Word. Required to complete the TKP Annex form (see tender documentation)

2. Required payment terms: 100% due to delivery to the supplier's warehouse within 60 calendar days.
Offers with less than 60 calendar days deferral are not subject to consideration.

3. The prerequisite for all bidders is to agree to our corporate requirements under the form of contract, especially these payment terms, penalties.
NEW SUPPLIERS attach a letter of consent to our corporate requirements on the form of contract.

4. Attach: Contributor's confirmation that he is a manufacturer or official dealer, certificate of conformity, quality passport, reference list of similar deliveries over 5 years.

5. Priority for transportation and logistics through Nakhodka trading port, data is attached to interact with the logistics company. The company is a member and has the right to choose logistics companies for prompt delivery to Pavlik JSC.

6. TKP expires 45 calendar days.

This request for proposals is not a bid or a public contest in the understanding of Article 447-449.1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the contest are considered pre-contract work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceeds those listed in the terms of the contest.
