Comments:
1. Work clothes, special shoes and PPE are accepted for delivery after providing samples and certificates for approval and after passing tests at JSC "MMZ", except when samples were previously agreed and tested. Dimensions and quantity will be agreed immediately before delivery.

2. This notice is not a notice of competition and has no relevant legal consequences. The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure of open request for proposals at any time without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.

3. The winner of the request for proposals will be selected by the participant who offered together the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.

4. The agreement will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the moment of signing the protocol to determine the winner of the price request.

5. After the end of the bidding in System b2b, participants submit an offer with the last price electronically to e-mail: O.N.Pantyuhina@gmz.kuzbass.net or by fax (384-63) 5-04-19 for 1 (one) working day from the end of submission of proposals. In the event of a violation of this requirement, all proposals of such a participant may be rejected by the Procurement Commission without substantive consideration.
For counterparties who have previously registered in the System, but have not received EDS and have not paid for participation in the System, it is possible to download proposals by the organizer of the request for proposals on behalf of counterparty.$ For this purpose it is necessary to have three documents:
- Offers (commercial offer) certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- Document establishing the right to carry out actions on behalf of the counterparty (for example, power of attorney);
- Letter waiving further claims on the occasion that the offer is submitted at the auction not by the Participant itself (in a free form on the company form with the signature of the authorized person).
Required condition of providing a file with documents in the request for prices confirming the status of the participant: manufacturer or dealer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Обоснование: 1. Признать победителем по всем позициям ООО "БАРЬЕР" общей стоимостью 165182,50 руб. (без НДС) на условиях: отсрочка платежа 60 календарных дней, доставка до склада покупателя за счет поставщика, поставка партиями с июля по декабрь 2020г. по заявке Покупателя, срок отгрузки в течение 10 календарных дней после подписания договора, спецификации и получения заявки.
2. Отклонить предложение по наименьшей цене позиции № 2 ООО "МИДЭКС ГРУПП", ООО "ДЕЛЬТА", ООО "Восток-Сервис-Кузбасс" в связи с целесообразностью закупки товара в комплекте одного производителя.
