6. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.

8. Power of attorney or decision of the founders, on the head, on the right of signature.
9. Accounting for the last reporting period.

This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest, and its conduct is not governed by articles 447-449 p.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
