This purchase is aimed at finding a Supplier for a long-term and permanent period.
The commercial proposal (hereinafter - the commercial proposal) must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the download documentation.
The commercial proposal must indicate:
1) Cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging. The cost should be final, firm, include all additional. costs (packaging, labeling, etc.).
2) Delivery time to the buyer's warehouse.
3) Products must be new, not used, not remanufactured, not be an exhibition sample, free from the rights of third parties.
4) validity period of the commercial proposal.
5) - participants who have not attached the Commercial offer on the company's letterhead to the documents are not accepted for consideration
