Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made according to a deferral of 90 days every Thursday every month from the date of delivery to the consignee's warehouse in the amount of 100% of the amount on the basis of the TORG-12 invoices or UPD signed by the Buyer (Consignee)
Delivery terms:Transportation costs for the delivery of goods to the consignee's warehouse are borne by the Supplier

Comments:
1. Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
3. If the supplier participates in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement and a storage agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out delivery on the conditions specified in the purchase announcement.
4. All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
5. Please note that photos of samples of purchased PPE are in the attached files, overalls must correspond to the attached samples, changing the style is not allowed.
6. PPE is accepted for delivery after the provision of samples (until 10.12.2020) for approval and after passing production tests at JSC "Kordiant".
7. The price remains fixed for each of the items and does not depend on the size of the PPE. All products must strictly comply with the declared GOSTs and are delivered in accordance with the declared size range.
8. The attached file with information on the planned procurement volume in 2021 is approximate and can be adjusted during 2021.
9. Delivery time - 01.04.2021 - 31.03.2022.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
