Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment upon delivery, not earlier than 60 calendar days after fulfillment of obligations for the delivery of goods and receipt by the buyer / customer of primary (shipping) documents.
Delivery terms:
With the possibility of positional submission of proposals. The goods are delivered in batches in the quantity and at the addresses indicated in the quarterly applications to the warehouses of service locomotive depots, within 30 days from the date of the buyer's request. Shipping cost is included in the price of the goods. The quantity of goods may vary ± 30% of the total number of goods, without changing unit rates.
