Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Deferred payment of 60 days from the date of delivery and submission of originals of the accounting documents (S/F, TORG12) and certified copies of certificates of conformity.
Delivery terms:
DDP Kstovo, Promzona, baza GSI-VNGS. Delivery time: Within 2 weeks. All shipping costs, packaging and other costs shall be included into the products cost.
The supplied products shall be new. The purchase will be carried out as soon as applications are received until the end of 2019g. The value of the goods must remain unchanged until the end of the 2019year.

Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. To their proposals in electronic form to participants of this procedure it is necessary to attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with submission of the offer and the file in the form of scanned copy of its Commercial proposal (with indication of delivery time), signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the Organization-participant of this procedure (form attached). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (supporting documents the participant provides simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production shall be unchanged until the end of the 2019 year (written confirmation).
5. The products will be purchased in part as soon as applications are received.
