Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Postponement of payment 60 days from the date of delivery and provision of the originals of reporting documents (s / f, bargaining12) and certified copies of certificates of conformity.
Delivery terms:

Delivery time: within 2 weeks. All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the product price.
The products must be new. The purchase will be carried out as orders are received until July 2021, with the unit price fixing. The value of the goods must remain unchanged.

2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be unchanged until July 31, 2021 (written confirmation).
5. Products will be purchased in part, as orders are received, with a fixing unit price.
