2. Offer ONLY ORIGINAL MaK spare parts. As a confirmation of the originality of spare parts upon delivery, it is necessary to provide an original packing list. In addition, within ten calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, the Supplier is obliged to provide the buyer with a document from the CAT manufacturer confirming the correct placement of the order. If this letter is not submitted within the specified period, the Buyer has the right to terminate this contract unilaterally and conclude it with another participant in this procurement procedure on the electronic trading platform.
3. It is necessary to supply items in STRICT accordance with the request (order no., Item no.), For each individual item.
4. MTS acceptance from the Supplier to the address stated in the request will be carried out by the representative of Global Fleet LLC in the Volga-Caspian region. The name of the representative organization, as well as its authority, will be reflected in the supply contract.
5. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
6. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
