Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Payment for the supplied products shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the Buyer's receipt thereof. Proposals implying payment deferral of over 30 days shall be considered based on the maximum possible term (30 days).
Delivery terms:1. Products must be new. 2. The supplier undertakes to supply products, past the mandatory certification or declaration of conformity in accordance with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. 4. When supplying products necessarily provide conformity certificates, passports, warranty cards. 5. The number of delivered products may be adjusted by the customer depending on production needs. 6. Delivery time – by the 20th day of the required delivery month.
