Please note that other things being equal, preference may be given to the participant in the request for proposals who:
1. Uses electronic document management (MODEL EDO Agreement) or is ready for 3 calendar days after notification from the procedure organizer of the award offers, connect to the EDO system.
2. The ready within 3 calendar days, after the procedure organizer has been informed of the winner in the request for proposals, will be read and sent to the initiator the completed Model Contract PJSC Highest, without the record of disagreement, which is attached to the documentation of the request for proposals.
3. Ready to open a checking account with Lanta Bank (JSC) within 5 (5) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals for which there was a request for proposals"
This request is not a notification of the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
An agreement between the Parties is considered to have been reached solely after the signing of the Treaty by both Parties, no other action by the Parties is regarded as reaching an agreement on all significant the terms of the Agreement and/or are not treated as an offer and acceptance aimed at the conclusion of the Agreement.
PJSC Highest has the right to choose Offers that have at least a price, accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, to reject all Offers with or without explanation explain reasons, cancel the purchase at any stage, including after the Winner has chosen the purchase. If unreliable information is provided, a potential supplier of goods, works, services may be suspended from the Purchase.
