Обоснование: ООО "ЩИТ" -согласно коммерческого предложения № б/н от 05.04.2017 п 5 был заменен в соответствии с заявленными нами требованиями к товару. Условия оплаты: согласно коммерческого предложения 50% предоплаты, оставшиеся 50% по факту поставки товара в течение 10 рабочих дней. Транспортные расходы включены в стоимость Товара.
ООО ТПК "Пожтехник-Иркутск" - согласно коммерческого предложения №89 от 13.04.2017г. на условиях отсрочки платежа 30 календарных дней по факту поставки Товара. В связи с заявленными условиями Покупателя, отсрочка платежа по факту поставки, Поставщик согласился только по пункту 2.
