Separately, please note that your commercial offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following essential conditions:
• product name with reference to regulatory and technical documentation (GOST, technical specifications, service stations, etc.);
• quantity of products offered for delivery in the units of measurement corresponding to the Call for Bidding subject;
• the price of the product per unit of measurement; the basis of delivery (place of delivery, method of transportation, information on the costs included in the price of the goods, the moment of transfer of ownership);
• delivery period and delivery dates of individual batches of products;
• terms and conditions of payment for products

Required schedule, delivery volumes in the Appendix "Delivery Schedule". If a different delivery procedure is envisaged (including in enlarged batches, ahead of schedule, etc.), the commercial offer (offer) must necessarily include a corresponding comment.

The term of validity of the offer (offer) must be at least 30 calendar days from the day following the day of the end of acceptance of Bids.

A mandatory requirement is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods.

Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, it is mandatory to attach a technical description, a quality certificate and a certificate of conformity. The supplied products must be free from the rights and claims of third parties, manufactured on their own or under dealer, as well as third-party contracts equivalent to them.

A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT is to upload a price offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization.

The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a supply agreement with LLC Guryevsk-Stal, in the editorial office of LLC Guryevsk-Stal.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse the received offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
Location of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the B2B-Center Platform E-Marketplace group (www.b2b-center.ru ). Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
