Payment terms:Payment period of 60 days 80% by signing the implementation act on the last day of the month of implementation,
the remaining 20% of the cost of work/delivered goods is reserved and paid within 10 calendar days after one of the following events occurs (one of the following) depending on what happens sooner (but, in any case, not before paying 80% of the cost of work/delivered goods:
1) Contractor/Supplier provided the customer/buyer with a copy of the VAT declaration file (including the "Sales Book..." section) filed with the tax authority in electronic form and a copy notifications to the tax authority of the entry of information specified in the tax return (calculation) in electronic form (confirming that there are no errors or contradictions in the return file). The declaration shall contain the relevant invoices under this contract and meet the current requirements for its completion and electronic format. Files are sent to the contractor/seller to the customer/buyer via email:... (address);
2) The tax authority, following a camera review of the VAT declaration, did not refuse to deduct VAT amounts on the relevant invoices."

Comments:
The equipment is new. Compulsory commercial offer. Retain the value of the proposed equipment before signing the contract.
The Promoter has the right to refuse the offers received for any reason or to terminate the price request procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Request Participants suggestions.

"Payment of work/delivered goods shall be paid in the following order:

- this procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not regulated by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
