Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the corresponding batch of goods within 20 (twenty) business days from the date of shipment of the corresponding batch of Goods in the Supplier's warehouse.
Delivery terms:1.The cost of the products should include packaging and, if necessary, crate cargo.
2. Specify the time when the products are ready for shipment. Method of transportation.

9. When forming an bid for participation in the procedure, fill in additional fields of the offer (15 pcs.). The fields must be filled in informatively, without comments - "in the Commercial Proposal"
10. Upon shipment of goods, mandatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies of: invoices, COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

Comments:
1) The offered products must be new, not used;
2) Certificates of conformity, passports, technical certificates must be attached.description, drawing of the project; documents confirming the quality;
3) Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms, Experience working with a supplier;
4) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see the example of filling in the bid documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the Customer by e-mail.
5) Participation in the competitive bidding process implies agreement with the form of the buyer's contract.
6) The Technical and Commercial Proposal form in the attachment must be completed.

In the proposed Commercial Proposals, specify:

1) Certificates of conformity;
2) Links to the manufacturer or photos of the items offered;
3) Payment terms;
4) Delivery time;
5) Supplier's attitude to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, authorized dealer);
6) Warranty.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
