Dear Sirs!
I ask you to take part in the tender for concluding an agreement for the supply of goods and materials for OJSC MZ Arsenal.
The winner will be determined by a combination of the following factors:
- cost of goods and materials;
- delivery time after signing the contract;
- payment terms (100% deferred at least 30 working days after delivery)
- the commercial proposal is valid for at least 30 calendar days.
- agreement to work under the standard contract of OJSC MZ Arsenal with the opening of the OBS in accordance with 275-FZ.
- in the presence of products in the Supplier's warehouse, providing a copy of the Manufacturer's Certificate, to prevent the possible use of products with fake certificates;
The selection of the winner will be made at the total minimum cost of goods and materials, all other things being equal.
These products are necessary for the fulfillment of two State defense orders in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 275-FZ of December 29, 2012, with the opening of a separate account with an authorized representative.Accordingly, when concluding a contractual relationship, two contracts with the opening of an OBS will be required. In the commercial proposal indicate the actual weight of the delivery (+/- 10 tolerance).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
