2. Ownership passes at the time of signing the PSA.
3. The responsibility to organize the weighing of the scrap before the signing of the PSA lies with the Buyer. The weighing point is no further than 25 km. from the location of the Seller
4. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
