1. Prices are provided without VAT, transportation costs are included in the cost of goods, are not allocated.
2. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance of the Bidder's proposal with the customer's requirements (any changes must be agreed with the organizer, prior to the end of the procedure);
- Compliance with the terms of the request for proposals;
- Offer price;
- The Bidder's consent to the wording of the organizer's agreement (in the documents attached), signing the agreement without a protocol of disagreement
- Fixing the price for the entire delivery period from the moment of participation in the procedure to the moment of delivery of the goods in the customer's warehouse
3. Products must be new
4. Submission of an offer from a Bidder means compliance with all the requirements for the product range specified in the request, as well as unconditional agreement with all the terms of the contract and specifications. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer.
This price request is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a Call for Bidding at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting bids.
5. The form of Technical and Commercial Proposals is free.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
