Auto-extension

Comments:
1. The supplied goods must be New, serviceable and suitable for further use by the buyer. Delivery of used goods is not allowed.
2. In the commercial offer, you must specify:
- TMC cost with VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging.
- estimated volume and weight (per volume) (if applicable)
- relation to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.).
- Delivery time to Buyer's warehouse
- Warranty terms
- shipping method
- type of packaging (only according to the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96) (if applicable to the Product);

3. Before shipping the goods to the buyer's address, it is necessary to fill out the packing list (see the example of filling in the procurement documentation), paste the packing list on the packaged cargo place/packaging the goods, a copy of the packing list and a photo of each cargo place send to the buyer by e-mail (If applicable to the Goods).
4. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the areas of the far north and equated to them areas. Packaging, marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Marking of goods" (If applicable to the Product)
5. Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality of goods, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, packaging of goods, work experience.
6. This procedure for requesting prices/proposals is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this request procedure does not impose on the Customer the appropriate amount of civil legal obligations
