| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the delivery of the electric erosion machine (hereinafter referred to as the Machine) in the following order: prepayment in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) for the manufacture of tooling for the production of parts corresponding to the attached drawing; then pays 50% (fifty percent) of the cost of the Machine itself within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the Contract delivery of the Machine and receipt of an Invoice from the Supplier by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.
The final settlement under the Contract is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of putting the Machine into operation (Appendix No. 3), provided that the Supplier receives a complete set of original documents signed by the Parties confirming the delivery and commissioning of the Machine by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account. |
