| Payment terms: | The buyer makes an advance payment of 30% within 20 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, but subject to the provision of security for the return of the advance payment and the execution of the contract. (Appendices 7.8),
- 60% payment upon delivery within 30 calendar days from the receipt of goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse (fixed by a mark on the waybill),
- 10% payment within 30 calendar days from the date of putting the equipment into operation (commissioning) (fixed by the Act of final acceptance of equipment). |
