Comments:
The commercial offer is provided in 2 versions:
- on the letterhead of the supplier organization (it is mandatory to indicate the name of the organization, TIN, contacts of the responsible person, delivery dates to the SEAPORT of MAGADAN (no need to write "in stock in Moscow, etc.); desired payment terms (no need to write "agreed additionally", "discussed in the process"), priority conditions - within 60 days from the date of delivery to Magadan;
- filled excel file "Nomenclature". Do not delete anything from the file, do not add anything, fill in the fields highlighted in yellow, attach to the documentation in excel format
- if available: certificates, passports, etc. documentation for the offered product
- a checklist with agreement with the basic terms of the standard agreement of Pavlik JSC
- other documentation at the discretion of the Supplier.
- at this stage, it is NOT NECESSARY to attach statutory documents
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
