Comments:
1. Prices are provided without VAT, transportation costs are included in the cost of goods, not allocated.
The cost of commissioning services should be allocated separately.
2. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Full compliance of the participant's proposal with the customer's requirements (any changes must be agreed with the organizer, prior to the end of the procedure);
- Compliance with the terms of the request for proposals;
- Offer price;
- Consent of the participant with the edition of the organizer's contract (in the documents in the attachment), signing the contract without a protocol of disagreements;
- Fixing the price for the entire delivery period from the moment of participation in the procedure until the moment of transfer of the goods at the customer's warehouse;

4. Submission of an offer from a participant means compliance with all the requirements for the range of goods specified in the request, as well as unconditional acceptance of all the terms of the contract and specifications. This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This request for prices is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a procurement at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline for accepting applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
