Auto-extension

2. Mandatory conditions for spacecraft:
Payment terms - obligatory deferral of 60 calendar days.
3. It is possible to submit alternative proposals for several analog models that meet the requirements of the TOR.
4. Attach a detailed specification and technical characteristics to the application for participation (IMPORTANT! The proposal will not be considered without performance characteristics).
5. Willingness of the spacecraft to provide the proposed equipment for testing within one week (if it was not provided earlier).
6. The CA's consent to sign a standard form of the contract (in the attachment) and to work through EDF (instructions are attached).
7. IMPORTANT! Equipment that has been successfully tested at the customer's site is allowed for purchase.
8. In parallel with the competition, devices are being tested, therefore, when choosing a winner, all proposals that will be successfully tested in fact (at the time of making a decision) will be taken into account.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
