Участник, принявший участие в процедуре (сделавший предложение), до истечения срока приема заявок, обязан загрузить в систему следующие документы:
1. Устав (со всеми дополнениями и изменениями, если они были).
2. Свидетельство о государственной регистрации.
3. Свидетельство о постановке на налоговый учет.
4. Выписка из ЕГРЮЛ.
5. Бухгалтерский баланс по состоянию на последнюю отчетную дату с отметкой налогового органа о принятии.
6. Документы, подтверждающие полномочия представителя на подписание документов:
— Решение (Протокол).
— Доверенность.
7. Предложение на выполнение работ (см. файл "Предложение по поставке товара")
