The offer (hereinafter referred to as KP) must be issued on the official letterhead stamped and signed by the manager and attached to the loading documentation.
The CP should specify:
1) TMC price incl. VAT, including delivery to Buyer's warehouse, including packaging. The cost must be final, firm, including all additional costs (packaging, labeling, etc.).
2) Delivery time to Buyer's warehouse.
3) Method of transportation.
4) Terms of delivery.
5) Warranty period.
6) Warranty Replacement Time
7) The products must be new, not used, not restored, and not an exhibition model free from third party rights.
8) KP expiration date.
9) - Participants who do not attach a Commercial Proposal on the enterprise form are not accepted for consideration
This request for proposal procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
