Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment terms as agreed by the parties. Preference is given to suppliers who have offered to defer payment for at least 60 days.
The delivery period is determined by agreement of the parties. The purchaser must specify a specific delivery date from the date of the contract (10 days/30 days, etc.). The ability to deliver goods in the shortest possible time after the conclusion of the contract is an advantage of the supplier when choosing the winner of the purchase.
Self-delivery by the buyer from the Supplier's warehouse. Supplier products shall be delivered in a single or multiple consignments according to the buyer's request.

It is allowed to deliver analogues of goods

The manufacturer's designation as part of the application is mandatory
The product must be new, without damage, in the package suitable for transportation.
The price of the supplied products in the offer should be specified in the rubles of the Russian Federation with rounding up to 1 ruble (without pennies).
