Mandatory conditions:
1) When forming the price, the parties are guided by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1465 dated 02.12.2017 "On State regulation of prices for products supplied under the State Defense Order", Order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation No. 334 dated 08.02.2019 "On approval of the procedure for determining the composition of costs included in the price of products supplied under the State Defense Order";
2) Providing a manufacturer's passport;
3) The Supplier is obliged to ensure separate accounting of costs associated with the execution of the Contract, in accordance with the Rules of Conduct of organizations performing state orders at the expense of the federal budget, separate accounting of the results of financial and economic activities, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 19, 1998 No. 47.
4)Military acceptance from the supplier
5)If the purchase decision is positive, samples are purchased first and tests are carried out, a decision on the purchase is made after they are carried out.*

6) The volume can change both up and down.
