Mandatory conditions:
1) When forming the price, the parties are guided by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02.12.2017 No. 1465 "On State Regulation of prices for products Supplied under the State Defense Order", Order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation dated 08.02.2019 No. 334 "On approval of the procedure for determining the composition of costs included in the price of products supplied under the State Defense Order";
2) Providing a manufacturer's passport;
3) The Supplier is obliged to ensure separate accounting of costs related to the execution of the Contract, in accordance with the Rules for organizations performing state orders at the expense of the federal budget, separate accounting of the results of financial and economic activities, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 No. 47.
4)Military acceptance from the supplier
5)In case of a positive Call FOR Bidding decision, samples are purchased first and tests are carried out, after which a decision is made on Call for Bidding.*
*only for those Bidders whose raw materials have not been tested in production.
6) The volume can vary both up and down.
7) Delivery date is October 2023.
