Delivery terms:1.1. The delivered goods must comply with current standards and norms for fire and sanitary safety in accordance with the product range, in respect of which the legislative acts of the Russian Federation provide for mandatory certification. The quality of the delivered goods must comply with current regulatory documents of Art. 469 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and GOST 16371-93 - Furniture. General specifications, GOST 9.410-88. Unified system of protection against corrosion and aging. Polymeric powder coatings Typical technological processes, and be certified by the manufacturer's passport.
1.2. The proposed product models must be in mass production and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001.
1.3. Products manufactured by foreign manufacturers must be certified, have all the necessary permits in accordance with applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
1.4. The Supplier guarantees the quality and compliance of the delivered Goods with the conditions and standards during its transportation and storage, as well as the replacement of defective Goods with Goods of good quality.
1.5. The supplier must assemble and install the racks within 20 (twenty) calendar days after delivery.
1.6. Documents (quality certificates and certificates) confirming the quality of the goods are provided at the time of delivery. 1 year warranty from the date of completion
