Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Within 60 days after receiving the correct original invoice and other agreed original documents provided by the Supplier, including, but not limited to, all payment guarantees .
Delivery terms:
DDP (Incoterms 2010) ready to be unloaded at the Buyer's assembly site or intermediate storage warehouse. The Supplier is also responsible for all costs related to the import of the Equipment into the Buyer's country.
Comments: Please attach a detailed technical and commercial proposal to the application, taking into account the breakdown of the cost into materials/equipment and works according to the form.
Also specify in the offer or attached letter the terms of payment, warranty for work and equipment, deadlines for work execution.
Please note that offers exceeding the specified maximum price for the product/service will not be accepted for consideration.

The decision on the selection of a counterparty on this request will be taken after consideration of the proposals submitted.
The costs associated with the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals are not recoverable.
