Payment terms:
Calculations for each batch of Equipment and Work are carried out in the following order:
1) in case of delivery of only Equipment - with a delay of 60 cal. days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note or UPD;
2) in case of delivery of Equipment with installation - with a delay of 60 cal. days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works or UPD for Work.
