Comments: Commercial Proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents. Commercial Proposal shall specify: 1) the price of goods and materials (including VAT, cost of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse, cost of packaging (packaging must comply strictly with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96); Commercial proposal shall contain the total sum to be paid. Cost of products shall be ultimate, fixed and include all the associated expenses (packaging, labeling, etc.). Cost of goods and materials at the Supplier’s warehouse.
