- Delivery of production according to request.
- Products should be new, not used.
- The products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate/passport.
- Contract awarding criteria: Quality of goods, delivery time according to the schedule in terms of delivery, cost, terms of payment;
- This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
- This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
