Payment terms:
100% (one hundred percent) of the Total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods
Delivery terms:
By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment, is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of goods to the the Far North districts to the facility, the packing of cargo must ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation, storage (accumulation) and materials handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.
Comments: 1. It is imperative to upload the commercial proposal in the Polymetal form to EXCEL indicating all the requested delivery conditions according to the attached form, see the purchase documentation;
2. In the commercial proposal it is MANDATORY to prescribe the FULL AND EXACT NAME OF THE PRODUCT WITH ALL CHARACTERISTICS and attach the corresponding PHOTOS;
3. Be sure to fill in additional fields, excluding the wording6 "in the commercial proposal";
4. In the cost of the goods, it is necessary to take into account the packaging and labeling in accordance with GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 "Products shipped to the regions of the Far North and equivalent areas. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage ";
5. The commercial proposal must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality, a safety data sheet, a certificate for packaging;
6. Before shipment, provide a photo of the packed goods, each place must be marked with a packing list in the Buyer's form;
7. Products must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of the commercial proposal;
Criteria for choosing the best offer: lowest cost, quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience, agreement with the contract.
This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
