Payment terms:
The Buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier money in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the cost of this batch of goods within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of shipping documents sch/f, TN and TTN or by agreement of the parties.
Delivery terms:
1. Prices should be indicated on the terms of pickup from the supplier's warehouse. Transport costs should not be included in the cost of products. The cost of products include the manufacture of the crate (if necessary). Fragile cargo, as well as furniture, must be packed in a crate! If there is no possibility of manufacturing the crate on its own, the supplier transferring the finished cargo to the TC must indicate that the crate is necessary at the expense of the supplier!
2. Specify the product availability for shipment and shipping address.
3. Specify the manufacturer of the product. Specify the relationship to the product. If you are a dealer or distributor, attach documents confirming your status. (If necessary)
4. Attach the Declaration of Conformance/Certificate for the offered products. When delivered, a passport and an ER must be included with the cargo. (If necessary)
5. Specify the dimensions of each unit of product and the total on request (weight, volume). Required
6. The product must be new, not used. The products must comply with the terms of reference (if any)
7. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each piece of cargo according to the form established by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each package.
8. Warranty periods at the inventory must begin at least from the date of receipt of the goods at the port of Magadan. The best option is from the date of receipt of the TMC by the customer or from the moment of putting the TMC into operation (one of the proposed options is mandatory). Specify.
Criteria for choosing a winner:
1. The lowest transaction cost, taking into account the price on the terms of self-pickup (specified in the KP) and the transport component from the Supplier's warehouse to the Buyer's warehouse (the port of St. Magadan).
2. Product readiness period for shipment.
3. Approval of the proposed products by the customer/Compliance of technical parameters with the terms of the TOR.
4. Attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.
