As part of this Request, we ask you:
- To get acquainted with the General and Commercial Conditions (Annex 1 for Lot 1 and Annex 2 for Lot 2, differing in the presence of a fire extinguishing system);
- Specify the amount of the insurance premium and fill in Additional offer fields;
- Fill in the Bidder Information and Commercial Offer sections in Appendices 1 and 2 and upload the final version of the Applications to the site in XLS format and a scan of certified documents to PDF within 1 hour after the bid submission;
- Upload your standard contract form;
- Provide a scanned copy of the signed confidentiality agreement (Appendix 3).
