Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites organizations to participate in a Tender to select a supplier for the provision of insurance services for CASCO, CTP, DSAGO (additional civil liability up to 1.5 million rubles) of vehicles of PJSC VimpelCom in the territory of the Russian Federation for a period of 3 years.
The geography of the Competition is the whole of Russia.
The terms of the Competition and the number of cars are specified in the TOR (see the file "Technical Specification 2022").
The first stage of the procurement event is the Collection and Qualification of Participants.
To apply for participation in the procurement event and the Qualification stage, you must provide:
1. All Participants should fill out the Documents for participation (the Questionnaire of the participant of the Procurement event, the participant's compliance with the requirements of the procurement event) by submitting in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and Word.
2. All Participants should fill out a Qualification questionnaire by submitting in PDF format (scanned copy with signature and seal) and Excel. (it is also necessary to attach a letter of guarantee in which it is necessary to confirm agreement with the block factor and scans of licenses for insurance activities).
The completed and signed documents must be sent to the email address Beeline-Transport@beeline.ru no later than April 5, 2022 at 18:00 (Moscow time), indicating in the subject of the letter "Name of the organization /CASCO insurance, CTP". The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters).

Based on the results of checking for the presence (absence) of interaction risks and consideration of the submitted documents at the qualification stage, PJSC VimpelCom forms a list of Participants who meet the mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such Participants will be able to continue participating in the Purchase, receive clarifying requests and/or additional requirements. Each Participant will be notified in writing about the result of the Qualification.
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC VimpelCom also means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement", and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the "Privacy Statement" in accordance with applicable law.
This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for JSC VimpelCom provided for in these articles.
