Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.When submitting an offer, you must upload a price transcript (the template is attached to the notification).Otherwise, the proposals will not be considered.
