Payment terms:I payment phase (development project and working documentation, survey work) is payable within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the Act of executing the design and survey works for phase I and invoicing.
Payment of II phase (construction and commissioning) on completion of construction and commissioning is performed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the receipt of the executed works (COP-2) for information about the cost of actually executed works and costs (COP-3) and certificate of finished construction project acceptance Committee (form # KS-14) on the basis of an invoice by the Contractor invoices for work performed.
Excess volumes and Contractor costs not supported by relevant additional agreement, shall be paid by the contractor at his own expense, provided that they are not caused by failure of the customer's obligations.
Invoices are billed to the customer by the contractor in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Period started I stage-not later than 5 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The completion date for phase I-no later than 03.10.2018 g.
The deadline for the commencement of the phase II-not later than 5 working days after the signing of the Act of executing the design and survey works for phase I.
The deadline for the completion of construction, commissioning not later 03.11.18 g.
Deadline for completion of the Treaty is not later 08.11.2018 g.
