Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement

Payment terms:Terms of payment (100% payment). Pay-as-you-go. The price of the goods is set per unit of production, including delivery VAT. Payment for goods is carried out by the buyer within 50 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods. Comments:
Submission of a sample from participants of a trade procedure upon request of the organizer of a trade procedure.

The commercial offer must be signed and stamped! Form to fill out of your choice. The use of the form of your company is not prohibited by the terms of the tender! Commercial offer Required!!!
Delivery of goods takes place according to the agreed delivery schedule. The commercial offer must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
1. Manufacturer/Mediator
2. Delivery time (working days or calendar days)
3. Warranty period/shelf life (on the shopping mall, works, services, etc.)
4. Cost with VAT per unit lot (must be indicated in Russian rubles)
5. Payment terms (fact/prepayment - advance payment) (recommended conditions of RUSAGRO — 100% delay of payment no earlier than 50 (fifty) calendar days from the date of delivery (provision of services);
6. Experience with Rusagro Group, on the market - years
7. Preparedness to work under model contract - yes/no
8. The offer must be signed by an authorized person.
The model contract is supported in the bidding documents.
