Payment terms:Payment for the 1st stage (Development of design and working documentation, survey work) shall be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the Act on the execution of design and survey work for Phase I and invoicing.
The current payments for the second and subsequent stages are paid by the Customer in the amount of 95% of the cost of the stages of work under the contract specified in the acts on acceptance of the executed works in the form of COP-2 (Appendix No. 6) and a statement on the cost of work performed and costs in the form of COP- 3 (Appendix No. 7) shall be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificates.
Payments at the end of works under the contract are paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the act of commissioning (the acceptance certificate of the acceptance commission completed by the construction site, form No. КС-14).
Excess by the Contractor of the amount and cost of works not confirmed by the respective additional agreement of the Parties shall be paid by the Contractor at its own expense provided that they are not caused by the Customer's failure to fulfill its obligations.
Invoices are issued to the Customer by the Contractor in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:The period for commencement of works for the first stage shall be no later than 5 working days from the date of the conclusion of the contract. Term of completion of works for the 1st stage - not later than 05/04/2019.
The deadline for the start of work on the II stage is no later than 5 working days from the moment of signing the act on the performance of design and survey works for the I stage.
Term of completion of construction and installation, commissioning - no later than 05/06/19.
The deadline for completion of work under the Agreement is no later than June 10, 2019.
