Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear Suppliers! You can repeatedly improve your offers before the deadline.

The following package of documents should be submitted to the KP:
1) Central selection Sheet
2) Selection sheets with drawings (Vopa).
3) Principal pneumatic-hydraulic circuits of the central
4) Principal electrical circuit of the central Control Panel
5) Mass dimensions of DH
6) Mass dimensions of the electric shield
7) Size and volume of receiver
8) Applied Oil in DH.

Also fill and send along with the offer:
1. Template for the KP on design, installation and commissioning works
2. The template for the CP on the XO
3. Specification on DH

Special requirements to be confirmed by the ETP:
- The prices for the equipment should be specified only in rubles. Confirmation of value fixation in rubles to 30.06.19
- 100% deferred payment 60 calendar days for equipment
- 100% deferred payment 60 calendar days for installation works and design
- The period of installation works not more than 30 calendar days
- Design period is not more than 14 calendar days
- The equipment warranty is 60 months.
