The procedure is two-stage:
stage 1 - prequalification,
Stage 2 – request for commercial proposals.
Participants at the 1st stage are required to:
1. On the website of Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC, download a qualification questionnaire with appendices (see the instructions below)
2. upload to the B2B-center ETP:
2.1. Application for participation in the tender (the form in the attachment) indicating the received ID of the qualification questionnaire in pdf format with the seal of the organization and the signature of the head,
2.2. presentation of the company (availability of successful cases on the subject of the tender)

To get the ID number of the qualification questionnaire, you need to download it through the Glavstroy-SPb website, following the instructions:
1. "download the questionnaire and its appendices" on the page www.glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders
2. prepare a questionnaire in excel format. Attention! Indicate work experience and mark the types of work for which it is necessary to invite to participate in tenders;
3. prepare attachments to the questionnaire in pdf format for ALL fields (including optional ones to be filled in – upload a document explaining the non-necessity of providing);
4. By clicking the button "Send the completed questionnaire with applications", open the user form for filling in (entering the prepared files in ALL fields).
5. Enter the email address in the user form to receive the ID number of the questionnaire.

Please note that the documents must be drawn up strictly according to the established forms, filled in in full. The data uploaded by you is the basis for making a decision on the admission of the organization to the tender.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
