Payment terms:Payment for the work performed is carried out on the basis of the certificate of acceptance of the work performed in the form of KS-2 signed by the Parties by transferring funds in the amount of 95% of the cost of the work performed according to the act to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Agreement on the first working Thursday after the expiration of 40 (forty) calendar days from the date of receipt by the Customer from the Contractor of the invoice and invoice. Payment of retention - On the basis of the acceptance certificate of the completed construction of the facility signed by the parties in the form of KS-11, the withheld 5% of the cost of the entire volume of work performed under the contract is paid to the settlement account of the Contractor on the first working Thursday after the expiration of 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of the acceptance certificate signed by the parties completed construction of an object in the form of KS-11.
